How does the preliminary assessment work?
At Linda Hair, the hair transplant process begins with a free preliminary assessment. You do not need to visit the clinic for this; it is done from your photos, wherever you are. The process works like this:
- Send your photos: Fill in the form above or message us directly on WhatsApp. The form opens your details as a ready-made WhatsApp message, and you can attach your photos to the same message.
- Assessment: We review your photos, assessing the type and stage of hair loss, the appearance of your donor area and your expectations.
- Our reply: We send you information about the suitable technique, an approximate graft range and the possible way forward. You can ask your questions on the same channel.
- Planning: When you decide, your surgery date and travel plans are confirmed together.
The preliminary assessment places you under no obligation. Our aim is to make sure you have the information you need before deciding.
Which photos should you send?
Clear photos taken in good light are essential for an accurate preliminary assessment. Photos from the following angles are enough:
- Front: Facing the camera, with the hairline fully visible. Comb your hair back.
- From above (front area): Tilt your head slightly forward so the hairline and mid-scalp are visible.
- Top: From above your head, so the crown (vertex) is fully visible.
- Right and left sides: So the temples and side areas are visible.
- Back: So the back of the head and donor area are visible. It is easier if someone else takes this photo.
When taking the photos:
- Take them in daylight or a well-lit room; avoid harsh light directly overhead.
- Make sure your hair is dry and free of styling products (gel, wax, spray).
- Check that the photos are sharp and in focus.
- Do not use products that hide hair loss (hair fibres, sprays).

- Whether you have had a hair transplant or hair loss treatment before
- Medication you take and any chronic conditions
- Your expectations: the hairline, density or a particular area
